We are African Adventure Tours (SeyFu Tours), Fajara, The Gambia. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect When you book a tour or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — if a pickup is included — your hotel or pickup point. For each booking we keep the tour, date, number of guests and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it We use your details to arrange your booking, contact you about it (confirmation, receipts, pickup reminders), take payment and issue refunds where applicable. Your email address may also be used to sign you in to your account. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with Only the services needed to run your booking: our payment provider (to take and refund payments) and our email provider (to deliver your emails). They may process data outside The Gambia, under their own privacy safeguards.

Sign-in with Google If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can create your account. We use these only to identify your account. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

How long we keep it We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and account information until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time — email hello@adventuregambia.com and we will respond promptly.

Cookies Our website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
